To the many people who have been
instrumental in making the dream of creating the Morgan County Veterans
Memorial Park become a reality:
|
|
Words
cannot express the gratitude and appreciation that goes out to everyone who
became a part of this endeavor. From the school age children who
collected pennies, nickels and dimes to the individuals and business owners
who donated their money, time and talents, to everyone who purchased a
brick, we thank you. The dream of the committee was to establish a
memorial that would show the world that Morgan County, Indiana, honors and
respects the sacrifice given by the veterans of this country. Each of
you have become parts of that dream and through our collective efforts, that
dream became reality. |
